Yes but MSI afterburner will have the same functionality as ASUS GPU tweak as well. You can still set custom fan profiles with MSI afterburner.

msi afterburner is causing my pc to do a reboot loop never ends took me 30 min so boot the os, uninstaled it and runs fine
