Does Asus H110M-K support Intel Pentium G4560 CPU?

I am building a budget PC and I don't know if ASUS H110M-K supports Kaby Lake processors.

Yes it does. The Intel G4560 can be installed on an LGA1151 socket. The Asus H110M-K has an Intel Socket 1151.

Purchase a B250/H270 motherboard, it will support the G4560 out of the box.

what to do if i already the g4560 in the motherboard h110m-k without update bios?and also i dont have the old processor because i sell it and get this g4560. my old processor is i5 - 6400.

Your i5 is a much better CPU than the G4560, thats a downgrade not an upgrade: http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Pentium-G4560-vs-Intel-Core-i5-6400/3892vs3512

But as stated already, you need to get a B250 etc motherboard if you've already brought the parts, then try it, if it doesnt work, you know the reasons why, you will have to send the motherboard back, or ask the shop to update the bios.
