Does Asus have any qualms against installing components

So I have an Asus dekstop and in it there lies a HD7770-DC-1GD5. My friend gave me a Gigabyte GTX 660 OC 2GB and was wondering if Asus will void the warranty if you upgrade the part. If they do, would it be best to wait it out and let the warranty expire before upgrading. Many thanks!

I would not worry.
Graphics cards are user replaceable items.
If you should ever have an issue, you can always replace the old card.
