I have mother board :asus m4n68t-m le . I want to upgrade my graphic card. currently its ASUS 210 silent 1GB.

I'd say no, since the GTX1000 series and equivalent AMD counterpart will need an UEFI BIOS environment in order to get display otherwise you'll be seeing a black screen in spite of booting up into OS's GUI.

What is the make and model of your PSU and how old is it?

Thanks for your answer. I dont know about PSU.
Here is my specification :

1. Processor : AMD Phenom II X4 B55 3.2ghz 4 core
2. RAM : 6GB (2GB transcend + 4 GB ADATA)
3. GRAPHIC CARD : asus geforce 210 1GB
