If Zotac GTX 1650 fits, go for it. It's fairly small sized yet better performing. It's also priced similar.
The Super version is my personal recommendation. 1650 Super is priced so closely to 1650 in my region that 1650 Super is pretty much the obvious choice unless PSU compatibility is an issue.

Yes. Of course. If your casing isn't too small, it will work.

Most modern cards will work with most systems unless it's locked to certain cards, this is really only with some OEM's
