Does Asus ROG Strix x99 Gaming support i7 7700k?

I'm thinking about buying the Asus ROG Strix x99 Gaming Mobo with the Core i7 7700k. But I'm not sure if the socket would fit it. Are they compatible? And if not, suggest me a better mobo for my build

Rig:
CPU - Intel Core i7 7700k
CPU Cooler - NZXT Kraken x62
GPU - ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1080
RAM - Trident Z RGB 8GB (x4)
Case - NZXT S340 Elite
(Oh, and suggest me a good PSU for this build as well)

Their different sockets and will not work together you need a Z270 board.
I would not spend any more than this on a board.

For the power supply get a EVGA G2 series or Corsair RMx 650 Watt what ever you can get cheaper.
For the memory get a 2 stick set for these boards instead of 4 sticks.
