Hey guys i brought today asus strix rog b450-F gaming

and i have question about this board... In boards like msi b450 mortar or gaming plus there's button called usb flash back for made a bios upgrade in case u main bios broken or in case u want make bios update without cpu... So my question asus rog b450-f have option like this or no

Nope.

I have an ROG Strix B450-F and it does NOT have a dual BIOS.
And No it does NOT have a BIOS Flashback feature.
BUT if it has a Ryzen 3000 Desktop Ready sticker on the BOX it will run a Ryzen 3000 CPU out of the Box with any BIOS update needed.
