does b450 bazooka plus have a good power delivery for overclocking ryzen 5 2600 to 4.1 at 1.350 V or more or it has a poor power del......... ???

The VRM configuration on that board should be sufficient for some overclocking on that CPU. Whether you can hit a 4.1 OC will be mostly dependent on your CPU and silicon lottery results. It's really not a great overclocking board, but it's not a terribly board either.
