hey i recently did a three benchmarks using userbenchmark and was wondering if running it three times could have damage it in some way and my temps were totally normal at all times. and btw the three benchmarks i did was not completely right after one another

Ok so i ran userbenchmark three times and i am wondering if that could have damaged anything. My temps were normal. So basically is doing benchmarks a lot bad for your pc if your temps are normal. And i fif not do it right after one another

No, if your temps and voltages are safe, running benchmarks 24/7 will not hurt your computer. You components are simply doing what they are designed to do!

Running userbenchmark shouldnt damage your PC.

All it does it run hardware such as your CPU and GPU at max briefly then give you the results.

When you do stuff like gaming it can run CPU/GPU at max for long lengths of time so if that doesnt cause problems userbench wont.
