does Bitlocker encryption slows down my Samsung 860 EVO SSD ? (300 M/B only write)

hello ,

i just bought a new ssd ( Samsung 860 EVO 500GB )
and after that i installed fresh copy of windows 10 on ( C: )
then i made my ssd 3 partitions ( C:200GB / E:250Gb / F:13GB )
then i turned Bitlocker ON , for only one partion ( F:13GB )

is this will reduce performance for whole my new SSD ? or only the locked Partition ?

iam asking cause i just have done a benchmark on free unlocked partiotion and the results was
Read : 552 M/B
Write : 300 M/B (low number for this SSD model )

is the problem from Bitlocker ? or my SSD has a problem

Note : Bitlocker only enabled on one Partition ( F: 13 GB ) not whole SSD
