[SOLVED] Does buying a refurbished item from Newegg come with everything that a normal item would have?

So I have been wondering for the past few days and have been wondering, does a refurbished mobo come with all of the things a regular mobo would normally come with? Will it come with an I/O shield? (I have not had an I/O shield for my motherboard yet.) My new mobo is coming on Wednesday. What will I expect?

Unless it specifies otherwise, a refurbished motherboard should come with everything a new motherboard does, with the important exception of the warranty.

Refurbished motherboards do come with a I/O shield. It comes with all the components in the BOX. If it has missing components it will be stated in the product page or they will notify the buyer ahead of purchase.
