[SOLVED] does buying used mining gpu safe

Solution
Throw away this garbage PSU first. It's not actually a 500W PSU; it has 20A on the +12V rail, so it's essentially a 240W PSU. And even worse, they appear to have faked an 80+ badge.

Notice that they post a PDF of the 80 Plus testing for their PSU.

And now notice that they actually photoshopped in their PSU over the actual one tested (which even then wasn't a good PSU).

Then they "helped themselves" to a better 80 Plus, giving a Bronze that even the PSU they faked was not awarded.

Immediately dispose of this PSU in an environmentally safe manner.

The GPU would be pretty balanced with your system. PCI_E is backward compatible, so a PCIE 3.0 card will work fine in a 2.0 slot.

But personally, I wouldn't buy a second hand GPU, and certainly not a mining one. Yes, it's cheap, but it very well may fail before it should.
soo my pcie 2.0 will not reduce my performance ?
