Question does changing ram mhz affect the monitor?

I've just recently changed my ram mhz from 2666 to 3600 and whenever I open games (i.e. Valorant, Fortnite, Apex etc.) my screen justs goes black. Neither does F11 or Ctrl+Shift+Win+B help at all. I have two monitors (144hz and 60hz), the 60hz one does not have this issue. Anyone that would be able to help me solve this issue would be appreciated

My specs (If needed to solve this issue)
Motherboard: MSI X570-A Pro
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: RTX 2070 Super
RAM: Patriot Viper Steel DDR4
PSU: Black Widow 700W 80 Plus Bronze
Main Monitor: BenQ XL2411P
Secondary Monitor: Acer S200HL

So I assume its 3600 ram?
