Question Does controller work as mouse gopher360.exe still work for Windows 10 ?

I cant get it to function and duno why. It's like 2016 software.

thanks i found to get steam to do it. except I cant use game bar to actually be able to get out of a game window entirely to use it. lol. The cursor pops up but it jumps to microsoft instead of steam. lol
