Does Corsair Cover Damage Done By Their Liquid Coolers?

I plan on getting the Corsair H60, do they cover damage done if it's product malfunction? Before I get the cooler I just want to make sure.

No, they don't because it's not cost effective to do so. If every leaky 60$ cooler kills 2000$ worth of hardware then they'd lose a metric ton of money just covering the damage. It's why AIO leaks are such a big consideration for most people even though it's extremely rare.

Well <language edit>, I really want water cooling because I plan on overclocking, the only reason I asked the question is because a couple said they do under certain circumstances and I wanted a definite answer. Lmao. Btw love that PFP.

Go for an air cooler instead if you really don't want to risk leaks. Be Quiet! Dark Rock 3 would be a good choice.

Depending on your pc case, how much room you have etc an air cooler should allow for overclocking just fine. An h60 is a single 120mm aio and generally no different than a decent air cooler for overclocking.

I'm not sure about their warranty coverage but if you're concerned I'd contact them and ask. They're the ones who ultimately would or wouldn't warranty damaged components, they'd be able to answer better than anyone else here. The best place to ask for definitive answers is the source, our thoughts are more or less speculation since we lack the authority to issue the warranty coverage.

I've heard of places warrantying just the product, the cooler in this case. Other's I've heard warranty the damaged components, especially if it's a frequent customer, recognized name in the community on a forum here or there, a well known reviewer or competitive overclocker/system builder. I've heard some have had to barter back and forth and got partial coverage based on estimated cost of parts minus some discount for depreciation.

Contact them that is a case by case decision made by them.

H60 will perform worse than most budget AIR coolers , not worth it.
