It's fringe, believe the 650TI calls for a 400 minimum and that PSU is 408 on the rail, so it should yes

I am using a Coolermaster elite 311 cabinet, the Asus GTX650TIB-DC2OC-2GD5 will fit in that cabinet or will it have any issue running as the SMPS is placed at the bottom of the cabinet ?
