I am looking to buy two 8gb sticks of Corsair Vengeance RGB LED 2666Mhz memory, and I want to find out if you can change rgb settings through ASUS Aura?

My current motherboard is the ASUS Strix Z270-E Gaming.

I know that the G.SKILL Trident Z RGB works with ASUS Aura, but that is my second choice.

Solution
It "should" (it's listed as supported on the asus aura website) but I have pretty much the same setup as you (difference being a ASUS Strix B350-F mobo) and it's not currently working. Aura is not recognising my corsair vengance RAM.

From what research I've done, this is a known issue to both aura and corsair and they are still working on a fix with no date currently being announced.

In hindsight, I should've probably gone for the G-Skill (despite how garish it looks) as this definitely works with asus aura.

I've got the same setup as you and am having the exact same issue. There seems to be nothing different now as there was two months ago when I finished my build.
