does creating a windows 10 media usb from a buggy computer affect the windows 10 installer ?

I mean lets say I downloaded the
windows 10 media creation tool to create a windows 10 installer usb
to install windows 10 on onother pc
but that pc which I created the usb media from it
lets say is buggy some viruses heavy stutter in games proplem etc
will that affect the windows 10 usb I created ?
