Does cx600 have 2 8-pin power connections?

I have had many posts and I know it's bad. When I got it it was on a really good deal and didn't think anything of it since it was corsair. (Stupid I know and then I didn't know about crappy caps)

But after many posts I concluded it will most likely be fine and if it did break it most likely wouldn't hurt anything else.

Would they refund me after I have used it for awhile?

Yes it does, sure, if you can get a great deal on it then buy it, currently at it's regular price there is really no reason to buy it.

Last one I bought was 39.99 CDN... A good deal, it did what I needed and the price was right.

On newegg right now. (remember this is CDN) 84.99

It's simply made with better components, that being said it no doubt can put out as much power as the cx 600 while not being rated to do so.

Far more power and built more reliably not to mention cheaper.

If the cx 600 is your only option it can do what it states, but is a rather poor deal for the price. I feel you are basically paying for the corsair name on the psu.

The danger is that it could damage the rest of your components if it fails badly. Corsair would only refund the PSU if it failed and was still under warranty.

As I said, you might be able to get away using it for a little bit longer, but try to replace it as soon as possible. Also I would seriously consider holding off on plugging in a high-quality graphics card that needs 2 pcie plugs before getting a new PSU.

I got mine for 37 bucks in usa. I thought it was a deal that I couldnt pass up. At the time I didn't know corsair uses crappy parts. Do you think it will be fine. This is my build other than the GPU. I changed it to a sapphire nitro 390.
