Does DDR2 MotherBoard support DDR3 Graphics Card?

I have mobo:~ ASUS P5KPL AM/PS

Processor:~ Intel Pentium E5700

RAM:~ DDR2 2GB

Windows 7 64bit

and I was about to buy any nVIDIA GeForce GT 610 DDR3(preferable) Graphics Card.

It's GDDR3 (graphics), not system RAM (DDR2/3), so it will be fine.
