does ddr3 graphic card works on ddr4 motherboard with ryzen 3 processor

I have DDR 3 Graphic card (AMD Radeon hd 5450), I am planning to purchase below products to make new system does this graphic card work with below System please help, thanks.

corsair 2400 MHz 4 gb ram
Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H Motherboard (AMD Socket AM4)

Yes, but it is not needed. Just use the onboard Vega graphics processor on the 2200G (G stands for graphics)

You'll need more system memory for your APU, as fast as possible though.

Or, ditch the APU, get a Ryzen 3 1200, and install your graphics card. Should save you enough to get a better B350 motherboard and more memory.

It's not even particularly close; even the reduced graphics compared to a 2400g are enough to eviscerate the 5450.

I just wouldn't want to buy only 4 GB of RAM in 2018. Also, make sure you intend to never overclock; if that's not a certainty, I'd go for a B motherboard, not an A.

Yeah spend the money on faster RAM. Go for 2x4gb of 3000mhz DDR4.
