Question Does DirectX 12 better work ray tracing in gamming?

DX11E shows a much higher FPS than DX11. If you are experiencing a lack of FPS in big cities and your graphics card is less than 90% loaded, I recommend using the DX11E. DX12 is broken and in such a state is generally not usable, obviously, the developers rushed with its public introduction.
