Does DisplayPort 1.2 support 4K @ 60hz/fps?

Does DisplayPort 1.2 support 4K @ 60hz/fps? Also will my graphics card or monitor come with the cable or will I have to buy one separately? It is a GTX Titan x hybrid

Display port 1.2 does support 4l @ 60 fps. Graphics cards dont come with a cable and i think monitors usually dont either, you should chek for the specific model you are getting though
