does dragon age inquesition standered edition come with a horse

I know the premium does but does the regular version come with any type of horse? if not is it costly for your first horse?

It doesn't but you'll pick one up in the Hinterlands. Side note - I have 86 hours played and have summoned a horse maybe 3 or 4 times. Just not needed.
