Does dual monitors decrease fps?

I have 2 monitors on my gaming set up. Well one is a tv and one is a monitor. I have the monitor for all my gaming and the tv as a secondary monitor when I have many programs running or when I want to watch movies. Both are connected to my graphics card which is a gtx 780. The tv is connected by hdmi and the monitor is connected by dvi. I am wondering, if I have my tv connected to the graphics card but turned off will that affect the performace at all?

Not at all. If it was on, it would technically cause fps loss, but its less than 1fps. So either way, you wont loose frames.
