WOULD THE ZOTAC GTX 650 WORK WITH MY PC WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM?
1-I WANTED TO CONFIRM THAT IT IS PCIE-3.0X16 AND MY MOTHERBOARD IS PCI-E 1.1X16
2-THIS REQUIRES 6PIN PCIE POWER CONNECTOR WOULD IT WORK WITH MY PSU
3-WOULD MY PC BOTTLENECK THE GPU OR IT WOULD NOT BE NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE?
4-WOULD IT WOULD PERFECTLY WITH MY PC?

Solution
1 - it will work fine, PCI-e is backwards compatible
2 - what's the make and model of your power supply (take the side of the case off, there iwll be a sticker on the poser supply)?
3 - depends on the game, some are more heavily dependant on CPU, some are more heavily dependant on GPU. But certainly in CPU dependant games, that processor is pretty slow and will be the limiting factor (RTS games, for example, tend to favour more powerful CPUs).
4 - I'd say it's a good chice, yes.

Consider upgrading to 4Gb of RAM. 2x2Gb DDR3 1066mhz is what you need.

Your motherboard is compatible with quad core processors, something like a Q9300 2nd hand off of Ebay would be a good upgrade.
