[SOLVED] Does EFT Dongle could root j400f/ds?

Hello i have samsung galaxy j400f/ds. I cant find any methods on how to root this device, I read something that eft dongle could root samsung devices and etc, but theres no exact tutorial on my device model. does eft dongle will root my device or theres any other methods to root j400f/ds?
