Does elgato solve the streaming load on my gpu?

I want to use high graphics for my games but while streaming to OBS simultaneously. I was wondering if I get the Elgato HD60, will the streaming load be placed on the elgato?

My pc specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium G4600
GPU: EVGA Nvidia GTX 1050 TI
Ram: 16GB
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Ethernet connection

Streaming tend to be more a CPU issue than GPU. As far as the load being taken up by the Elgato a quick search reveals only if you use the capture software of the Elgato, if you use a third party streaming applications then no.

Not really no. Elgatos are for capturing the video from ANOTHER "computer", because it intercepts the video signal. Sending it back to the computer to be streamed is pointless.
You need a stronger CPU mainly.
