Question Does "Enhanced audio" feature and/or "3D Spatial Sound" feature slow down computer?

So i dont understand why is there this option at all. It is unnecesary confusion.. for example I believed that lower values improve computer performance

What "lower values" are you talking about? I only see on/off options.

Besides, those settings are for sound processing handled by the sound card, or on-board sound chip and is independent of the CPU.

So, no "slow down".

While it does take a few (VERY few) clock cycles away from the processor YOU will never be able to see any difference in operation. Set those settings to whatever sounds best to you and stop obscessing over something that doesn't matter in the least.
