Question Does factory reset an android device wear out memory?

I have factory reset my tablet 10 times. Will factory resetting an android device wear out Nand memory, ie UFS storage? How long are Twp and p/e cycles in ssd style nand storages?

Example Device > Galaxy Tab S7 FE 32GB

Writing to flash memory wears it out. So technically yes, doing a factory reset will wear it out.

But how long will that last? Could be 10 years, could be tomorrow if the SSD controller croaks. But I'm pretty sure the battery will give out first (as in, barely holds a charge) if you use the tablet a lot than the SSD running out of P/E cycles.

Then there's the question of why you're doing the factory reset that many times.

Or 2 months.
Or 2 years.

They ran my device in samsung technical service with Galaxy diagnostics. Ufs pass appeared but it was written ufs -100. What does 100 points mean?

Use the system until the battery dies, or the drive dies out, or it becomes otherwise unusable.

Don't stress.

Write cycles on the storage device.
Doesn't matter 'why'.

Little different than if you had taken a few hundred pics, and then deleted them.

But what you did is not likely to have materially reduced the lifespan of the drive in any real way.

Don't.

Unless there is some other problem, what you did is of no consequence.

Next time rather than doing a 10 times wipe (completely unnecessary) turn on encryption then do a wipe. Only one wipe needed.

With which software can I learn the health and performance of my device's Nand/Ufs storage? Do you know of a program like CrystalDiskinfo?
