I bought a new blue 8gb ddr3 hyperx memory, packaging and all, but I'm a little worried because there's a wierd sticker on it that reads JXia followed by chinese writing, found next to the warranty sticker . Also the whole box is in chinese. I wish i could include the picture. Thanks in advance

I think the main point is, does the memory work as stated in relation to the speed, timing values, and correct voltages.
With Xmp memory mode enabled, and when inserted into a free memory slot of your motherboard.

Kingston and many other memory module companies sell there modules from country to country.
Most of the memory chips used or fabricated fitted to each memory module are manufactured in China anyway.

So it is highly unlikely it is fake if you payed the going price for the capacity, size of the memory stick and the type of DDR ram it has on board the memory stick.

China is used for assembly of electronics or devices.
The raw components used may not of been manufactured in China for example to do with the memory chips them...

I'll say what it exactly has written "assy in Taiwan"

Sorry the site's a little clunky on mobile or its just my phone. Anyway, i live in a rural country (Mongolia) which doesn't have too many reputable stores. I bought it on a computer hardware market. Pretty much the only computer hardware market in the country

Then sent to china for cheaper component assembly, via cheap labour.
