If this is the one you're referring to, then don't buy it afaik since it's basically a reference card (I'm sorry, I forgot the specific name to describe it or maybe this is how it's called) with a blower style fan. The Gigabyte one you mentioned has an open-air style fan which in most case is what you need.
Also, just in my opinion, 8GB of RAM should be the standard for most of us today? The price of GPU and RAM are both expensive again imao...

The cards have the same gpu and clock speeds so performance will be the same.

GTA V will have stuttering issues with 4gb of ram so get the Gigabyte card and 8gb of ram.

I would go with the gigabyte card as it will have better cooling. But in the end, there will be no noticeable difference between the cards.
