Does Fujitsu D2912-A1 supports R9 290X?

So I have motherboard Fujitsu D2912-A1 wth latest BIOS and also R9 290X (fully working).
If I insert it in my motherboard, I hear 3 beeps (one long and two shot), which means that something wrong with a videocard.
However if I plug GTX 650, everything is good.
So I wonder, what's the problem? I flashed the latest bios, "cleared" it by removing the battery for 10 min, but no luck.
However coolers on the videocard (R9 290X) work when I start my PC.

From one review, that PSU should be fine. And I think that PSU will power up two gtx1060 for sli, but I don't think it can power CF r9 290x, except the cpu will bottleneck the CF 290X. If someone will use the high end cpu+ CF 290X, a well balanced PC, you will need more 750W PSU.

And back to your thread, use gtx650, boot into the BIOS, in PC health monitor or hardware monitor section ( something like that), to check the +3.3V, +5V, and +12V. You want to see those voltages should be within +/- 5%, eg for +3.3V, the voltage should be like +3.1V to +3.4V.

If those voltages are fine, and because you said the r9 290x works fine and the MB has newer BIOS, then the problem will be the compatibility problem.


Chieftec Proton BDF 750. I think it's pretty enough, especially when some people use it for two 1060 or two 290x.
