Does Ga-Z77X-UD3H support 1866 Memory?

hey there toms hardware peeps,

I was just wondering if the Gigabyte ga-z77x-ud3h motherboard supported 1866 memoery. I went on the website and all it says is
Support for DDR3 2666(OC)/1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules

Does this mean it does not support 1866 at all or that it obviously does?

So should I just get 1600? what kind of a difference would it make? and also it says 2666(OC) what does the OC mean?
