Does Gateway Netbook LT2802u have bluetooth? How to turn on?

Wish to pair my smartphone with my Gateway Netbook. I put smartphone with bluetooth on and discoverable. On the netbook i went to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Add a device. It searches for it but does not find it. So Im wondering soes this netbook even have Bluetooth,
If it doesn't is there some thingamajig I can buy so I can transfer files from my phone? Thanks

Hi Community. The answer to the question is Yes. The method I described above is accurate. The problem was one setting on my smartphone was not activated. It was a "wifi connect to PC" option in the app I was using to transfer files to the PC.
