Does geforce gt 545 support three displays?

I want to have a three monitor step for my flight sim and want one picture across all three screens and was told it depends on the graphic card capabilities

I think the first NVIDIA cards to support triple displays were the 600 series.

Your current card is not supported at al for surround only 560ti and up for the 5 series. Any series that is older than the 6 series that is capable needs to be in sli so minimum is two 560ti in sli to be abe to achieve nvidia surround. So to have surround monitors the minimum card to get would be a 650ti
