As the title is, will Gigabyte GC-CI22M_A CNVi WiFi Wireless-AC Upgrade kit work with Gigabyte B360M D3H. PLease reply.

No, the Wireless hardware requires the following socket:
Intel. CNVi interface 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, supporting 2.4/5 GHz Dual-Band (M.2 Socket 1, type 2230)

The motherboard does not have that. Though you can insert these CRF into a standard M.2 Key E socket, they are only compatible with a system designed for the CNVi.

The GC-CI22M_A is compatible with GIGABYTE motherboards of that include a CNVi slot on below:
Intel platform: H370-series, B360-series, H310-series

For example:
H370 HD3
Specifications shows it has
1 x M.2 Socket 1 connector for an Intel CNVi wireless module only (CNVI)
