Processor - i5-3330
Motherboard - GIGABYTE H61M-S1
GPU - Nvidia GTX970 4gb
RAM - 12gb DDR3
Storage - 2TB Hdd

I am planning to buy a 120gb SSD for system (Windows 10)
All my other data will be on the HDD,I just want faster boot times
Other than that,It supports DDR3 memory only.Is buying a new 100$ motherboard for DDR4 RAM justifiable? Or is DDR3 enough?

Solution
Yes it supports more than one drive.
But I really, really recommend a larger SSD. 120GB will fill up faster than you think.

DDR3 is fine. A new motherboard for DDR4 would also mean a new CPU.
