Does a better and more expensive motherboard'gives better cpu and graphics cards temperatures than regular motherboards ? For example an asus p7p55d compared with an asrock z87 extreme 6 (apart from having a cpu cooler)

No it doesn't. Good coolers and good airflow inside the case does .

Edit: Some motherboards have Power Saving mode. This might effect the temps by a little but it also affects the perfomance in a negative way.

Then why does the boards features lists ;

12 Power Phase Design

Designed with a 12 Power Phase design, this motherboard features sturdy components and completely smooth power delivery to the CPU. Hence, this motherboard offers unmatched overclocking capabilities with the best system stability, plus enhanced performance with the lowest temperature for advanced gamers and extreme overclockers.

??

When you overclock your CPU you 'overclock' your motherboard also . Also overclocked CPU means higher temps. What this feature is , is that this motherboard gives a good ground for overclocking because it is designed to follow the overclock of the CPU . So with a good cooler and good airflow this motherboard will allow the CPU work more smoothly than another motherboard because it can endure the higher intensity of an overclocked CPU .
This also answer the question : Is a better motherboard offers a better overclocking? And the answer is hell yeah! 😀

Cool ! My cpu cooler is 'Coolermaster V6GT' and case is CM Storm Stryker (200mm top,2 120mm bottom and side and 1 140mm rear fan) You think i will be able to hit 4.7ghz with i5 4670K and z87 extreme 6 ?

I'm afraid air cooling will be insuffisient with that much OCing. I strongly recomment liquid cooling for this one. Check these out:

If you insist on air cooling then I think you will be ok until 4.0Ghz after that I cannot guarantee for a stable OC. Also from the dimension of the case and the cooler to answer your first question , yes it will fit just fine.
