Question Does GPU Clearance Include Pre-Installed Fans?

Hey guys,

I'm planning to get a Corsair 465X and a ASUS/Zotac 3080. On Corsair's website it says that the 465x's max GPU length is 370mm, is that accounting for the pre-installed front mounted LL120 Fans?

I was hoping to establish this as I'm planning to front mount my radiator. If the listed 370mm already accounts for the fans than the radiator will subtract 30mm leaving me with 340mm. The GPU's have a listed length of 320mm.

Any help is appreciated.
