Question Does graphics card for 2nd monitor (only) matter?

I have an old Quadro 600 PCIE card. It has 2 extra video outputs.
If I use them just as connections for more monitors does it matter just how old the card is?

Will my computer do all the graphics processing on my internal 3200G graphics and just use the Quadro 600 for display or does displaying video through a bad card screw things up somehow?

if you connect the monitor to the gpu, it will use the gpu

So if I'm displaying a game on that monitor it will use that monitors GPU? If im playing youtube on that monitor it will use that gpu.
Otherwise they don't interact with eachother at all?
