Does gtx 1050 Ti compatible with my computer?

CPU : intel core i5-3470 3.20 Ghz
RAM : 4GB
Mother board : Asus p8h67-m evo
OS : window 7 64 bit sp 1

My friend said that my computer isn't compatible with gtx 1050 Ti because of my OS and PCI express bus
