Assuming this is your motherboard?

The board itself should support the 960, yes.

However, the stock configuration is a SFF (small form factor) system, and is unlikely to accommodate a full-sized GPU.

If you've migrated that motherboard to another case (possible, as PSU connectors are standard ATX) then it should be no problem at all.
