Does high ram speed help you in heavily modded game?

Does high Ram speed help you in heavily modded game like skyrim with a lot of textures mods (4k and 8k) or fallout 4 ?
I have Samsung 850 ego 500gb
I7-4970K,Asus z97 maximum vii formula which support 3200mhz ram speed.
For the Ram iam still thinking which one want to buy ( my thoughts on corsair dominator platinum right now)

SSD is what helps you with loading lots of mods. RAM here does nothing of importance

Faster ram is offset by higher cas numbers, largely negating any benefit.

And... dominator is a marketing term which allows Corsair to charge more.
Fancy heat spreaders are useless and even hurtful if they conflict with cpu cooers.

Iam thinking of buying corsair dominator platinum because it's seem that ddr3 price did fall and I found the corsair dominator platinum for 80$ on local store
