Does HP Compaq 6300 pro have a good sound card?

Hello! I have an HP Compaq 6300 pro mini tower and wanted to buy a headset. Is my computer's sound card any good or will the audio and microphone suffer?

P.S. the headset I'll probably buy will either be a HyperX Cloud II or a HyperX Cloud Alpha.

It has: HD Stereo codec Realtek 2-channel ALC221 codec, not very good and only stereo.
If you use headphones with USB, built in sound doesn't matter, computer sends digital signal and headphone's interface changes it to analog sound.
