does hp stream 8 support sim?

I want to know whether there is sim slot in hp stream 8 or not.If there is then is it locked or unlocked?

According to HP, there is "free 4G for life" which means there is a SIM slot (although I do wonder what you could do with 200mb/mo). I suppose if you buy it from a wireless operator, it could be locked to that operator.
