Question Does Hyper H412R has RGB?

it's a simple yeas or no question? i want an RGBless budget cooler that's under 14cm in height, i found "Cooler Master Hyper 412R" on a local online store but couldn't tell if it has RGB or not, tried to look in YouTube i found few unboxing videos with no mentioning whether it has RGB or not, I'd appreciate it if someone who is familiar with this exact product version to confirm whether it has RGB or not, and if it has it then can it be turned off.

but if it has it and can't be turned off, what about "Gammaxx AG300", these two are the only ones i can find in my area that fits in my socket and under 14cm and within my budget, thanks.

Where are you located, what is your budget on a cooler purchase and what is your preferred site for purchase?

As for your build, you're being vague as to how much clearance you have for your cooler. Might want to mention the make and model of your case, motehrboard and ram and also the processor you want to cool. A lot of people are given the wrong notion that they can get away with any cooler for the hottest processor out there.

I don't have a preferred site but i have searched in almost every site in my country, found tons of coolers but very few are under 14 centimeters, i don't think i have been vague to how much clearance i have as i already mentioned that i need something less than 14cm which gives a clear idea that i'm using a small case, but it is bigger than those SFF and fits my GPU fine, i've seen builds done on similar cases before, i also mentioned that my socket type is supported by the listed coolers i now this because i have looked in their websites, just didn't find any thing about RGB so had to ask here and now got the answer so thanks for your help.

AG300 certainly doesn't. A quite plain 90mm fan CPU cooler with three heatpipes. Adequate for most mid-range CPUs without overclocking.
