I am going to buy a good CPU with certain thing :-
My budget is 25,000 INR
Proccesser INTEL I-5 (4440) 3.1ghz 10890,
Motherboard GIGABYTE H81M-S 3190,
RAM 8GB DDR3 CORSAIR VENGENC 4990,
HARD DISK 1TB WD SATA (2 YEAR) 3295,
I have Geforce GT - 610 2GB ,
I have 250w PSU does i required anything else instead of 450w+ PSU
I want to play GTA 5 + Assassins creed unity + Watch dogs + Far cry 4
in good graphics (MED TO HIGH ) if i need anything else please tell

Don't use gt 610, instead

Buy gtx 660 or gtx 650 ti boost to play on medium settings without increasing your budget.

my friend has a weaker system than yours but has gtx 660 and is able to play unity & watch dogs at a decent FPS.
