I'm having a Intel i3-380M which is a first generation laptop processor running at 2.53Ghz and it has 2gb of 1066Mhz ram......I'm planning to buy a 4gb Corsair Vengeance ram so that I can add up my old ram so that it would be 6gb.....My question is that since vengeance is a 1600Mhz RAM will my laptop support it and also can I add up my old 2gb 1066Mhz with new vengeance???Does this create any problems???

If you are planning on using it with your old (1033MHz) RAM, there is no point to buying 1600MHz, because your computer will slow it down to match the 1033 RAM.

Also, it is best to used matched models of RAM to make sure they are completely compatible. Mixing different RAM manufacturers, speeds, voltages and sizes is not always compatible.
