Does installing a graphics card triggers re-activation of windows 10?

Does it trigger re-activation after installing a GPU and doing a clean install of Windows 10?

Thanks. Then if I swap Mobo, HDD, processor only then it will even any one is changed right?

Changing the Mobo likely will require re-activation. Windows, I believe is licensed to the 'computer' which kind of means the motherboard with processor.

Do a search of microsoft.com for windows 10 licensing and activation.
